Pu'er Coffee Features at World Siphonist Championship

The 2015 World Siphonist Championship was held at the Tokyo International Exhibition Center (also known as Tokyo Big Sight) in Japan, on Oct 2.

Competitors from eight countries and regions joined the competition, which this year saw a Singaporean win the championship. Among the attendees was Chinese competitor Wang Xinyue, who finished in a respectable seventh place.

According to the competition sponsor, Wang used Xieba coffee produced in Pu'er. It is the first time for a Chinese competitor to use coffee from Pu'er in the internationally acclaimed competition.

Wang gave a captivating introduction to his strain of Pu'er coffee, garnering much attention from those in attendance.
