Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritages to be Displayed in Yunnan
A week-long event to promote and display intangible cultural heritages kicked off in Yunnan province on June 13.
Held in Guandu, an ancient town in Kunming city, the event arranged nine activities, including folk songs, a dance exhibition, stone cutting displays and a free traditional Chinese medicine clinic from experts.
Visitors of the event were also able to enjoy 100 national and provincial level cultural heritage projects from 100 counties across China. Masks from Shaanxi province, bamboo carvings from Anhui province and embroidery from the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region were also on display.
